Welcome to the 2020-2021 SYHI Season Registration with Saratoga Youth Hockey!

This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard or Discover ready.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Saratoga Youth Hockey.

• Discounts-Multi-Player Policy:
• If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a $175 discount  on the second and any additional child's registration fee. In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time. On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same registration session.

• TRYOUT Registration Credit
• If you signed up for the tryout registration and paid $25, you are entitled to a $25 credit on your full season registration.  Please use the code TRYOUT25 in the discount code box when signing up your player(s).

IMPORTANT: Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.

NOTE: This discount does not apply to the Midget Wrap  

• Player Move-Up:
  On occasion, players may be allowed to “play up” in a division above his/her age group. As per the USA Hockey Annual Guide and the SYHI Handbook this decision requires SYHI BOARD APPROVAL, and is handled on a case-by-case basis.  Requests to “play up” must be made to the Board prior to August 1st. Per NYSAHA regulations, all 8U players MUST be registered at the Mite level.
• Registration Special Requests:
• If you need additional time or have special circumstances regarding registration please contact the SYHI Registrar for instructions on how to register.
• Scholarship Applicant Information:
• If you are applying for financial assistance through the "Mark Woodcock" player grant process, register via this same link.  You will be directed to select Scholarship.

     Each Player must register first with USA Hockey for the 2020-2021 Hockey Season and receive a confirmation number prior to starting this registration session. Please note you will not be able to proceed with the registration process if you do not have a valid 2020-2021 USA Hockey confirmation number.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Additionally, as per USA Hockey requirements, all players must be able to provide a government issued birth certificate to the SYHI Registrar.  If requested, the Team Manager will let parents know.  Birth Certificates will be used only to verify date of birth for the player on the USA Hockey Portal, and will be returned or destroyed, as soon as this is completed.
